How to Order: " Please order as soon as you can however, we require a minimum of at least 24 hours in advance, this means orders will be accepted today for next day delivery. " Our advice would be to "over cater" therefore, if you have 12/13 or 22/23 people to cater for then book a 15 or 25 quantity respectively. " We suggest that only one menu is booked for the quantity required. Ordering 10 from each of 3 menus to make 30 is inadvisable as there would not be enough of each menu item for 30 people. " The minimum number we will cater for with these menus is 10 and the maximum is 100. For larger events we request you contact our Events Manager by telephone or online, mail@dine-in.co.uk. " We will e-mail to confirm any online buffet booking. We advise that the booking has been not been confirmed until such an e-mail has been received.

Buffet delivery: " Buffets deliveries would be made any time between 10.00am -12.00noon on the day required. Alternative delivery times can be arranged only by contacting our offices on the telephone number displayed " This online service is for a food supply only. If you require other inclusive services such as staffing, equipment or a fully catered event then please contact our offices for further details. " Food delivered should be eaten as soon as possible. Ideally within the Environmental Health Office guidelines of within 4 hours from being prepared (this will vary with exceptional weather conditions)

Payment: " Ideally we require payment on collection or delivery of the buffet. We accept cheques, debit and credit cards (credit cards incur a 2% surcharge) " We are happy to set up account facilities however payment must be made within 7 days from receipt of invoice. There are no exceptions to this requirement. Cancellation: " To change details of a submitted and confirmed booking this must be done before the minimum 2 working days. After this time we reserve the right to charge an administration fee. " To cancel the buffet completely, this should be done before the minimum 2 working days. Cancellation on the same day will incur full payment i.e.100% of the total invoice value. Cancellation within 48 hours will incur 50%.

Food policy: " All the menu items are chosen so they can be eaten cold and are delivered this way on plastic disposable trays. " Whilst some of the foods are suitable for reheating the plastic trays are not suitable, under no circumstances should they be used in microwaves or conventional ovens. " Whilst all our food is freshly prepared in our commercial kitchens, responsibility for its storage and healthy consumption, within the above guidelines, passes to the purchaser on its collection or delivery. " Our menus display vegetarian options. Advice can be given on the suitability of the various menus for other dietary requirements by contacting our offices. Whilst some menus are nut free, regrettably we cannot give a blanket guarantee that menu items may not contain nut traces due to them being produced in a factory that handles nuts.
